Born and raised in Hawaiʻi, Jerry Medeiros has spent a lifetime surrounded by music, culture, family, and the spirit of aloha. Influenced by the smooth sounds of easy listening, jazz, island music, and classic favorites, Jerry’s style blends heartfelt storytelling with warm melodies that invite listeners to slow down, reflect, and connect.
After relocating from Hawaiʻi to Indiana, Jerry continued sharing his love for music while embracing a new chapter of life rooted in faith, family, and community. His debut album, Melodies & Rhythms, is a deeply personal collection that reflects both his island roots and the journey that brought him to the heartland.
The album features a mix of original songs and meaningful covers, including collaborations with family members that make the project especially close to his heart. His youngest son lends vocals to a heartfelt rendition of “Falling in Love with Jesus,” while his older son contributes percussion on several original tracks. Jerry also co-wrote songs with family members, making the album not only a musical project, but a reflection of generations connected through music.
Recorded with producer Sam Henderson at Recording With Sam Studio, Melodies & Rhythms captures Jerry’s passion for creating music that feels genuine, relaxing, and uplifting.
